Added publication acknowledgment to fix subscriptions #3

The SDK didn't send publication acknowledgments back to the appliance after a publication so subscriptions were removed by the appliance after ~10 subcriptions. This should allow long-lived subscriptions to work.

(and yes, this is exactly the behavior I was seeing -- I got ~10 pieces of info from the union of all my subscriptions, and then nothing more)
