The report_genich_relations script is no longer needed. It harkens back to an obsolete monitoring infrastructure and hasn't successfully posted data in at least 11 months. Remove it.
Also remove two supporting scripts, one that it calls, and the other that it used to call:
gmoc_list_slices
gmoc_list_contacts
Remove all three of these files from bin/Makefile and geni-chapi.spec as well.
