header.php Google Analytics hard codes bbn.com #1370

We invoke Google Analytics in header.php with an arg of bbn.com for development hosts.

Will that be OK if we have a non production server running in AWS? Or if someone else is running a CH?

We should remove the google analytics for development hosts. That will eliminate the bbn.com references and we don't use the analytics for internal hosts anyway. Dev host can skip analytics via a config file setting.
