Update omni config pages from slice and profile #615

The omni button from a slice points to this page: https://portal.geni.net/secure/tool-omniconfig.php

which probably needs updating to point to the bundle as well.

Talking with Sarah a little bit, it might be a good idea for this page to look like the omni configure information in the bottom of the profile page. Maybe we should move that information on this page and point from the profile here.

One thing that needs to be maintained in the profile page is the generation of the SSL cert, but that seem like it needs to get out of omni configure stuff anyway if other tools need that cert as well.

Note the SSL cert piece has been separated.

The stuff on the portal page provides the option of automatic configuration via the omni bundle. That text is here: https://portal.geni.net/secure/profile.php#omni

Note that that text in turn references the manual configuration of tool-omniconfig
