Make acceptance test not use `tempfile.NamedTemporaryFile()`

The acceptance tests use tempfile.NamedTemporaryFile() multiple times, but this method doesn't fully work on Windows.

Choose something else.

So far we don't need acceptance tests to work on Windows.
