request username and password when install IoNAS

d) Open "Help > Install New Software..." and press "Add...".
   Enter the location of the IoNAS update site:
   - http://docs.projects.genivi.org/ionas-ui-update-site/
   Select the following features:
   - Franca-AUTOSAR Interface Translation
   - Franca-AUTOSAR Interface Translation UI
   Selecting the Source-feature is optional.

IONAS implementation depends on some components from ARTOP. You need to have an account at https://www.artop.org/.
