Can we skip a Routing Service and do requests directly to data centres? #12

It is not mandatory to have a Routing Service between the user and the FDSN we services. We have today the capacity to use another Routing Service (not the EIDA one), but still not the possibility to skip it completely and work with only one data centre. It would be useful to have this functionality.
