Mobile - Add hamburger menu #31

Can we have one of these in the mobile view

which enables the user to choose services, case studies, blog etc.

I'll have a think about it. Probably not. Single column pages don't really require this. There is no point to go back up to the menu bar just to get scrolled back down. Don't really like to have the burger menu floating on top of the page all the time and take up screen property. For now this will get a low priority.

the burger menu doesn't have to float, it can disappear - just give people a chance to use it when at the top - see bit zesty's site on a mobile. Then, if they want to get to the blog they can.....
