Any utility solution must be optional, configurable, and available to any drawer element, to be called from the drawer element method itself.
@RobAndrewHurst, I was just thinking about your comment this morning in regards to how we will know what settings have been applied if these are handled in a separate dialog - we chatted about the possibility of adding it to the Drawing Instructions dialog that appears on drawing interaction, but this could get confusing especially if there are multiple catchments being drawn.
More and more these days we are capturing user inputs for catchments in the database (e.g. see below), so it could be as simple as adding a hover on this field.
This is not meant to be a utility. These panels have poor accessibility.
Description
What: The way additional settings for circle and isoline creation (e.g. distance, drivetime in minutes) are accessed needs to be reviewed. The UI is very unclear currently - we could consider separating the settings out into a separate dialog (now we have the UI dialog elements in core).
Why: Many users are not realising they can change the default settings of a catchment by expanding the drawer; your eyes are immediately drawn to the big 'create' button in the current layout. The expand option is easily missed.
