Update builds on TTE HPC with new machines and modules

Work Scope

Need to update/clean host-configs and CI Job

Issues in this EPIC

[x] #3081 Create Pangea4 host-configs
[ ] Remove Pangea2 host-configs once decommissioned
[ ] Update Pangea3 host-configs with latest available modules
[ ] Replace Pangea2 CI Job by Pangea4 CI Job
