Use ld_classic on macOS #189

Testing on alderaan found we need to pass in ld_classic with HDF5. This echoes:

https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/12427

So maybe only needed for Open MPI but that's pretty much what we use on macOS. Works for now.
