Undo #364. Issue was due to HDF5 1.14 #366

This PR undoes #364. The issue detailed there seems to have been due to the use of HDF5 in Baselibs 7.18 and 7.19. We don't know why, but HDF5 1.14 was causing nf90_create issues in MAPL with Intel and NAG.

So we reverted back to HDF5 1.10 and so #364 is unineeded
