These changes should be 0-diff for the stock configuration. Please see corresponding PR #94

It looks like https://github.com/GEOS-ESM/GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere/pull/95 might be good. It builds both FV precisions and my test of the R4 FV3+ADV passes gcm_regress.j
