This PR updates coarse resolution configuration that provides more realistic simulations. See ⬇️ std (SSH)

This PR does not touch anything else but update 0.66-deg configuration. In other words, it reproduces answers for everything else!

Now that updated Ocean is in GEOSgcm main the CI should work. Re-running.
