Save GSI bias input files for JEDI in analyzer #152

Make copies of GSI radiance and aircraft bias correction input files for running JEDI tests. Those files are named in the FVWORK directory as:

satbias_in_for_jedi; satbiaspc_in_for_jedi; aircftbias_in_for_jedi.

Sorry, but I don't understand why this is needed. The bias files are saved during the run - they are also available live in the recycle directory of the run. I don't get it.

They are overwritten once GSI is done. Sure, it is another option to get them from the recycle directory.

@rtodling Yes, these files are in the "recycle" directory. I close this PR now.
