Add an option to specify the name of a 'kxlist' file on the command line. This makes it simpler to switch between different lists of KX values to retain or remove without having to keep track of the contents of the file named 'kxlist'. The kxlist files can thus have descriptive names such as 'raobs' or 'remove_KX_after_Mar2004'. Note that without the new '-k kxlist' command line argument that the program will operate the same way as before the change.

Note that some of the commits above were used to bring my original branch up to date with 'develop'. Only the one file 'prepbykx.f' is modified.
