PR #64 had introduced changes to enable GSI to do All sky ATMS. The ticket stated changes were zero diff which led me believe changes did not include actual triggers; I approved the PR and they found out through testing that the triggers were included in the PR which meant changes were not zero diff.
The PR backs out the changes from MJK for now - these need testing on their own.
