Add required labels? #25

A question for @GEOS-ESM/ctm-gatekeepers: Should I add the required labels to this repo? It's not hard if you'd like it.

Labels would be good. Would it be possible to add CTM-specific labels, like "Chemistry update", "Dynamics update", "Cinderella update", in addition to the regular labels?

@mmanyin Sure. Technically anyone can add (and remove) labels. I can add the usual suite (so the colors all look the same).

The question would be what would you like to be required. The system I use is pretty simple. There's a class for "all required" and "any required" and then one that blocks.
