This version of the code restore the Convection option (convecType=2) specific to GMI configuration. The Convection component was refactored to only do Convective Transport regardless of the model configuration. It turns out that for GMI, a special treatment is needed.

The new changes produce zero-diff with the TR, GOCART and GMI configurations.
