This PR is zero-diff for the default configurations.
It is non-zero-diff for TR tracers Be7, Be10 and Pb210.
And bug fixes / improvements to GMI and CARMA make it non-zero-diff when those modules are run.
Details:
In CARMA: Fixed the radiation callback, and the sulfate production tendency
In GMI: bug fix for emissions and deposition (related to SZA); better convergence in solver; reduction of HCl anomalies; default settings now mirror those from Benchmark G.
In TR: Changed the defaults regarding convection, settling, dry deposition and wet removal, for species Be7, Be10 and Pb210.
