GEOS-IT changes not in repo #334

Hi,

I was working on a PR for GEOS-IT and I took the time to compare what was in that PR w/ what is in GEOS-IT (jan18 stream). It seems to me there are changes in the jan18 stream that are not in the PR - perhaps they were made later. Those need to be integrated and merged into a new PR for GEOS-IT.

For example:

  1. obeys-gaas has been changed but not in repo (compare with obsys-nccs-gaas-geosit.rc in repo.

  2. There are also non-trivial difference between what's the repo for obeys.rc (jan18) and obsys-nccs-geosit.rc (repo) - need attention.

Ricardo, This is true. I keep a separate branch for a few changes Rob had to add recently. Maybe this is the time to submit a PR to sync everything. You can expect that on Monday.
