Make a new name for "input_data" function #4

Is there a better name for the "input_data" function?

I was looking through the Eva docs and I found that they use the load_collection method to save the information from diagnostic files into a data collection for interactive plotting inside of Eva. Since this resembles the function of input_data I thought it was a good idea to rename it to load_collection, that way it can be recognizable for Eva users.
