When debugging the bokeh issue, I came across something else. After using the evagram-input tool to send new plots to the local database, it seems that one of the variables has an association with groups that it shouldn't. Changing the drop down to the variable with incorrect groups throws an error.
This variable is correct and has the expected group associations
But then this one has added group associations
Is this an issue with the relationship between variables and groups?
