@christophkeller, this GEOS-Chem branch is now ready for testing, along with the HEMCO branch in PR https://github.com/GEOS-ESM/HEMCO/pull/7. I built and ran these branches successfully in GEOSgcm
main branch as of Jan 3 (68e53fae). See my /nb/GEOS_CF/develop+13.3/
directory on discover for source code and run directory.
Note that this branch is the same as the one in https://github.com/geoschem/geos-chem/pull/1102 which is going into GEOS-Chem 13.4 with two exceptions:
Vdotout
back into gckpp_Function.F90
so that the NOxTAU
diagnostics will work.
This PR upgrades GEOS-Chem from version 13.1 to 13.3.4. It goes with a version upgrade in HEMCO from 3.0.0 to 3.2.2 in https://github.com/GEOS-ESM/HEMCO/pull/7.
