[Feature request] - revive, test, document, update ```reverse``` method into CsgToCad class #193

I think the reverse method is not currently working

Describe the solution you'd like

I am keen to bring the reverse function up to the same level as the CadToCsg class I should add:

[ ] rename variables to snake case
[ ] documentation
[ ] pytest testing
[ ] continuous integration
[ ] input validation
[ ] doc strings
[ ] examples
[ ] command line interface script
[ ] JSON format config file support
[ ] refactor usage of globally accessible classes like Options
