Certain models do not appear #131

This was noted in 1.4.5.47. However, I do not have much reason to expect it to have been resolved since then considering the release notes.

Reproduction procedure: Attempt to place the island airfield model from Squad anomalies. You will appear to have placed and be editing an instance of a blank model; the geometry will not be visible whether during editing or when saved. KK appears to otherwise treat this instance normally.

The island airfield model is not the only affected one. This issue did not exist in some previous version, but I do not clearly remember which one.

I have reproduced the issue in 1.4.5.51.
