About The Launchpad Issue #162

Mention: #158 Basically, There has been a bug for KK About the launchpad not working and spawns you to Default One. Reproduction: Put A Launch site Make it one Try to launch it from VAB

I know I'm way late to respond, but I have ran into this too. The way I am working around it is by going into the config and making a tweak to the open/closed state, as this doesn't seem to update properly. If you open the file "KerbalSpaceProgram(OrWhateverYouHaveNamedIt)/GameData//KerbalKonstructs/NewInstances" then select the file named the same as the static you have built ex. "KSC_LaunchPad_level_2-instances.cfg". Once its open you will find some text followed by: LaunchSite { some lines of text above OpenCloseState = Closed some lines of text below }

Change "OpenCloseState = Closed" to "OpenCloseState = Open" and it seems to work for me. The game still doesn't "remember" that I have opened the launchsite so each time I play I have to reopen it in the VAB. So if its a modders Launchsite you'll have to change open cost to 0 unless you wanna go broke.
