This mod is broken? #164

It is broken? I can see the KK Toolbar but there is no base build option. Only displaying vessel list, repairing base, or just navigation something. And there is no exist any more launch sites too.

My KSP version is 1.11.1.

You have to push Ctrl+K in flight to bring up base building.
