Compatibility with new Kopernicus feature #92

Kopernicus is implementing a new feature to allow planet modders to remove the new MH launch sites so we don't have to edit our maps again and add new land masses to accommodate them. This feature works great without KK, and removes the sites without a hitch, but it seems KK overrides this and forces the sites to remain. Perhaps you can hash it out with @StollD and figure something out so these two mods work together.

Ok, apparently I missed your last bug fix, and it seems to fix the issue disregard.. sorry
