Name is case-sensitive (Illogical in real-world case) #4

In the UG, There is no explanation that said name is case-sensitive (team name is specified to be case-sensitive). Also, it feels Illogical for Name to be case-sensitive (e.g.: John is not the same as john). This may cause duplicate contacts.

Expected: Name is case-insensitive (e.g.: John same as john)

Actual (from the screenshot):

Contact 7 and contact 8 could be added.

Suggestion: Make name case-insensitive or specify it in the UG (like team name).
