Run Fmask_4_0 with clipped images #2

Dear developers. I need to run fmask_4_0 with clipped images. Do you have anyway?

The Fmask algorithm has many statistical processes based on the clear-sky pixels in an entire scene. For a clipped image, the clear-sky pixels will be reasonably reduced and thus the Fmask computing will be worse. Overall, I do not recommend running Fmask for that. Thanks.
