  1. Creates a CNAME file with our domain
  2. Apparently pulls in a previous CSS change from @kaseymccormick. I don't think it's necessary to worry about our long-term git history for a small change at this point, so I'm just going to leave that commit in here, too.
  3. Updates the page title
  4. Removes Twitter handle and small update to copy in CFP header link
