GNSS data from 2010-2012 available #2

Need to get some description of the GNSS set up from a field team member.

Only the 2011 NASA-U folder has a post-processed .pos file the average coordinates were added to the google sheet the rest of the folders have .obs which can be converted to .pos file using PathFinder They are currently missing from the google sheet

Now JAR1 2010 folder processed and daily coordinates added to spreadsheet
