Flaged ulr and dlr for UWN since February 2024 #166

There is an issue with the radiometer thermometer causing it stop transmitting or to transmit erroneous data.

The following figure shows the raw and processed surface downwelling longwave radiation for UWN.

Looks good!

I added t_rad to the variable list

Note that in L1toL2 dsr and usr values for which t_rad values are invalid are removed: https://github.com/GEUS-Glaciology-and-Climate/pypromice/blob/af09818bd0bc98b51b90bb680eb840e74502aa3a/src/pypromice/process/L1toL2.py#L85-L86

So since it is an issue of t_rad, it would be sufficient to flag only t_rad.
