Treatment for peripheral glaciers (SMB & D) #6

The "D" product(s) (Mankoff, King, Mouginot) each have different coverage that may or may not include peripheral ice caps.

The SMB product does include peripheral ice caps

Some ROIs do include peripheral ice caps (Mouginot), others do not (Zwally).
