Need to remove the 100% upper filter on RH #154

It is a demand from a data user that confirms that super-saturation in winder over ice sheet are common.

@BaptisteVandecrux I am fine with removing the 100% filter. However, we still need to be critical wrt. RH measurement over 100%. It could still be due to misreadings by the instrument. For instance, I strongly suspect misreadings for EGP before August 2021, possibly due to a wrongly calibrated sensor.

Ok, thanks! Then those periods should be flagged as suspicious, or removed if we believe they are not good enough.
