Missing data between 2011-04-10 and 2013-08-09

Needs to adjust calibration factors.

Logger files from 2012 and 2013 added in the dataverse release V13.

Some good temperature data but many other variables are missing. Maybe some further data recovery is possible looking at transmissions from that time. Can be opened as a separate issue.
