Remove processing attributes from variables look-up table #257

After discussion, it has been outlined that our variables look-up table should really be aimed at users who wish to know more about the variables provided with a PROMICE/GC-Net AWS dataset.

We have processing attributes and definitions in here also, which should be moved out to a different object.
