ressources renamed to resources #261

Ressources is spelt wrong, so I have renamed it to "resources" and changed all instances where it is called.

Also, given that all files in this module need to be imported, instead of explicitly defining them in the setup.py, I have added the directory (src/pypromice/resources/*) to the MANIFEST.in file. This is where the test module is, as there are many files here that also need to be included with pypromice.

Well spotted, it was to be pronounced with a french accent! Feel free to merge!
