pySICEv2.0 will require all bands to be processed, use S3.xml and not S3_fast.xml by default!

Closing because:

in the current form (SNAP + grass) generating more toa reflectance maps is still time consuming
although the code can provide spectral albedo for all bands, there is currently no direct use for them
