Current behaviour

The board is entering decisions with too m a  n   y    s     p      a       c        e         s.

Desired behaviour

Abbreviations, functions, names of documents, etc. should at all times be trimmed.

Steps to reproduce

Be a board member and enter decisions with too m a  n   y    s     p      a       c        e         s.
