[Feature] Creating invoice dropdown should only show negative accounts. #461

Is this a feature for the SudoSOS point of sale or for the SudoSOS dashboard?

What would you like?

It is easier for the BACPM is there is no clutter when creating invoices and only invoice accounts that have negative balance are shown.

Why is this needed?

The BACPM requested it.

I'll do you one better, the invoices overview should list all invoicea ccounts with a negative balance and a button to go create an invoice for that user with the dropdown prefilled.
