Frame around some data layers #24

The Frame around the layers is probably due to the "on the fly" reprojection from the native SRS (EPSG:32642) to that used by GeoNode to display the layer. Moreover, if I try to "Get Feauture Info" by clicking on that frame, no values are returned.

This is what I suspected too. Ill see about reprojecting ahead of time.

Brenden, this is not going to be easy to fix before next week. Can we live with it for now?
