Add DEM #27

There is a 1M DEM for Kabul

The 30M DEM on the FTP will not unzip

  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of 30m.zip or
        30m.zip.zip, and cannot find 30m.zip.ZIP, period.
