Fix #439

[x] Dataset name (key dataset) blue when one or multiple datasets, black if no submission.
[x] If multiple datasets, hover behavior (change of color), is on single row, not the whole group (dataset name + list of multiple datasets).
[x] If multiple datasets, space (padding-top) between dataset name and line above to mark the difference with single datasets row.
