Gap Analysis does not cover all of Africa #118

Can we make sure the Gap Analysis cover all of Africa properly:

This requires significant processing resources, and likely won't be ready for Feb 5. For context, this extent was created to cover (only) all OCA cities. Before extending further, I would like to discuss options to include datasets like WSF, HRSL, and others.
