Embed gap detection widget in city pages #15

@ppasq can you try embedding the gap detection tool? Here's an example:

Any reason the styling changed from default green to red to green to purple?

@tyrasd what is the default sensitivity level chosen for embed mode? Is there a way to change is "per city"? In the about page on OSMA we also need to describe what the sensitivity slider does.

The legend background is probably too transparent and makes text hard to read.

Widget was added - moving to later milestone for improvements to styling mentioned in above comment.
