Make links to cities more obvious #21

The current style does not render links with underlined text, so clicking on city pages from the main list next to the map is not that obvious. @ppasq can we improve that?

Later we should also think how to make the map dynamic with interactive links to city pages from each map marker - but for now the static map is OK :)

@ppasq I see city names underlined now, but only on hover - is that from the PR referenced above?

Closing for now, but feel free to re-open if there are options to make them even more clickable
