Change city names #29

After conversation with our city teams, some prefer an alternate name for their locations. Please update the website (cities' pages, menu, Participating Cities section on homepage...) to reflect the following:

The Tanzania team prefers to call their site "Zanzibar City, Tanzania". No Stone Town.

The Seychelles team prefers to call their site “Seychelles.” No Victoria. So in the title on that page, it would just be two lines: Open Cities in small font on top and Seychelles in large font underneath. The title for the first text section would be just Seychelles.

Small correction: Remove the number 1 after Tchiniambi on Pointe-Noire page.

Fixed city names. Still need to remove the double Seychelles title on the Seychelles page. Fixed typo on Pointe-Noire page.
