Catalog down? #18

When following the link to http://jkan.riskdatalibrary.org/ from the header of https://riskdatalibrary.org/, I get a 404 error:

The Jkan catalog was meant as a proof of concept before we had collaboration going with WB DDH (data catalog). At some points months ago there was some library issue that broke the website. I have no idea how to fix it.

Suggesting to just change the website link to point to RDL collection on DDH, as it is coming together.

That one is on me. It was working until recently actually, but I tried to update the Jkan with new metadata few days/weeks ago and must have broke something. In any case, agree to change website link to DDH but good to keep Jkan as another example (if working and with the right metadata).

Jkan site is back, deployed from rdl-0.1 branch.
